looking for consultants who are future-oriented and conscientious. If you like to take on challenging tasks,

What you can expect:

You will be a part of our small friendly XBRL consultant family and help our customers with the implementation of our XBRL tools. This includes various activities in the "back office" in Essen, as well as acquisition of new customers,workshops and training sessions online and sometimes on site.
You build stable customer relationships and advise our customers on all processes related to the production of XBRL reports.
You will take over the complete project management for our XBRL projects.
We want to bring the XBRL reports perfectly into line with the business processes of the customers. Since the topic is very new, you have a lot of opportunities to contribute ideas for the further development of the software based on your experience with the customer.
Our customers include the "crème de la crème" of the German and European economy (e.g. 70% of all DAX companies) and also important European authorities such as for example the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK, the Czech National Bank or the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority. In direct contact with our customers, you can help to further develop our software and become an expert in "regulatory reporting".
Interact openly and creatively with our customers, consisting of international companies, the largest auditors, and supervisory authorities within the domain of our software projects.
We work both "remotely" and in Essen. Our developers are based in Sochi, Helsinki, Oslo and Essen, consultants usually come to our beautiful office in Essen Rüttenscheid.
Through our participation in the XBRL standards in international working groups, we offer you the opportunity to help shape the digitization and standardization of financial reporting.
You support our development team with testing and documentation. You contribute ideas for the further development of the software based on your experience with the customer.

What we are looking for:

You have a university degree ideally in the field of business studies, economics (with a focus on business studies)with sound IT knowledge, industrial engineering or a similar degree. We also welcome career changers.
You have a business background with 2-3 years work experience, project management skills are of a great advantage.
You are very familiar with Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.
You have very good presentation skills and are not afraid of public speaking.
Financial terms and the structure of the annual report should be no stranger to you.
You have a communicative, confident manner with a high level of customer and service orientation.
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
You are an open-minded personality and enjoy working in a team and help your teammates evolve and advance.
You have a high sense of responsibility and an independent, planned way of working as well as solution-oriented and economic thinking.
You are willing to take responsibility for customers and projects.
